I'm sorry you lost another promo series :/ I know how badly it sucks especially to lose multiple tries in a row.
But it's not matchmaking that did that - it was those individual people deciding to play that game. The matchmaking system has no way of knowing that they'd pick leona/tryndamere in those roles, as champion selection is after matchmaking even happens.
Furthermore, it still does not excuse being toxic and/or intentionally feeding.
