@Riot Meddler Smurfs Boosting and Losing Low Level Matches

This has been happening in matches a lot lately. There are people coming into matches trolling and losing games intentionally so they can stay in elos to boost accounts and friends . . . . or stay in a spot where they can boost their MR I think. This guy in particular never listened, griefed, fed a Yasuo, added me after the game to rub salt in my wounds, and was immature. These types of boosting smurf players need to be banned. Trying to climb out of a toxic elo , like silver, is already hard enough. I climbed myself out of Bronze IV. I listen to every feedback and try to understand what I do wrong in games to correct it. I got myself all the way up to Silver 1 and was two games away from getting into Gold. What happened is that guys like this and others who are intentionally going AFK or feeding to stay in a specific elo . . . . are ruining games for honest and good players. I am happy that I do not care about Victorious Maokai this year. It just sucks though.

This guy wins three matches and then loses three in a row. He is doing this on purpose. He is griefing people on purpose. This is just one of thousands and players that are doing this. You need to take is more seriously and punish them.

Should I even bother creating a ticket against this player? Will he get some sort of punishment if I even bothered?

from that match history, it just looks like he is a toxic dude at his proper MMR (50% wins and losses).

Smurfing and intentionally loosing's match history looks very different. Plus the end of the season is getting near, there is no point to keep a low level account now if he needs to boost people.

Silver isn't a toxic ELO. If you hard carry your lane there everyone will love you.

If you belong in Silver V and you can't climb then yes that is toxic, but 2-4 no.

Tilting in Silver 1 and costing yourself gold is common. You did it to yourself over one game.

So it is only worth the effort if that person gets punished?

You typed paragraphs, did a match history search, and uploaded screen shots. To a forum that will never result in a punishment.

But can not be bothered to email the appropriate people unless punishment is guaranteed?

Step 1 for happy life: Make friends with people you enjoyed playing with.

Step 2 for happy life: Play with said friends.

his scores on his wins are not much more impressive than his scores on his losses. when you see a player doing this usually they go like 18-4 on the games they are playing to win. not 7-6.

he might have just been saying stuff to try to upset you.
