i feel like it might be time for riot to take a few risks and be willing to sacrifice a few innocent players for the greater good. trolls are out of control and so far, everything riot has done has just made it easier to ruin games.

But yeah as someone said earlier suggestions? the 4 punishment tier is fairly effective don't suggest ip bans- it never works in theory don't suggest comp bans- doesn't work in theroy
it doesn't remove the problem, merely let the problem stay longer, as that solution entails is banning ips/comps which does generally more harm than good, banning a college ip for example would ban thousands of users depending on school, just to punish 1 user banning a comp, could ban many users if the comp is shared among users such as family ban 1 sibling not all 3.
