I understand permabanning players for massively toxic behaviour or cheating the game, but they can just create a new account to reform. However, what did tyler1 do to not be allowed to even create a new account? Furthermore, I heard that if he ever streams league, even if he is not toxic at all, they will ban him from twitch, which I am not sure that is even allowed.

redniwediS9 votesThe first thing is that they are not actually Alphas and Betas. Those terms, which mean something else entirely, were attached to the A/B personality types.
The A/B personality type system isn't wrong, per say, but it's very outdated. The Myers-Briggs system that was first developed in the 40s is much more accurate and has overtaken it. If you actually want to learn something about your personality type and have it mean something that is the system you should use.
That said the whole Alpha/Beta thing is the scam. Becoming an "Alpha male" and all that nonsense. Not all of it is a scam, some of it is just poorly informed people parroting what they hear, but there are many people who spread that type of thinking to just to sell self help books.
TLDR: It's out of date, use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators instead.

According to you the difference between an alpha and a beta is a behavioral checklist. It has nothing to do with personality. It has nothing to do with sexuality and everything to do with creating an in group that strokes your own ego.
The problem is ideas like that have no basis on facts. It's literally just a check list to create an in group and an out group. Calling yourself an "alpha" carries no more weight than saying "my shirt is blue". Congratulations, you checked all the boxes.
Being an "alpha" or a "beta" has no impact on who you are, what you are capable of, and only says how you try to behave. If it does then, by your list Tyler is not an alpha due to his raging.
I would argue that a true alpha doesn't have to hide behind ego stroking and can face their own faults, but that's using a more proper definition of alpha. I'll just stick with behavioral systems that are based on facts.

HexaDecimel5 votesFirstly Tyler1 was a semi-prominent streamer. He had a decent following and was essentially showcasing and promoting the league experience for everyone to watch.
Secondly he would consistently troll, int, and rage in chat. Doing it in a way that was humorous and thus in a way encouraging similar behaviours from players watching him.
Thirdly I am willing to bet that he has the most Perma-Banned accounts of any other known player. He consistently created negative environments for others to play in and prove that he would never change his behavior.
Under normal circumstances he probably would have remained banned and able to make new accounts and stream his matches. But he was clearly abusing the system for his own profit and giving Riot a bad name while doing it. He was starting to get more popular which created a dangerous scenario where he was influencing a larger base of other players and making them think it was okay or funny to ignore the rules and harass and troll teammates. This was on a scale that was far and beyond a normal player.
That is why Riot has a ban on sight policy regarding Tyler1. He had more then enough chances, and he can still play as long as riot doesn't know its him. But he will no longer be able to make a reliable profit from showcasing Lol games.

Very beta behavior
To be perfectly fair not all primates show the type of behavior you're talking about. And no I'm not saying humans are the only exception.
Primates have a very wide range of social hierarchies, with some following an alpha male/female pair, some following an alpha male exclusively, and others using family units within a larger collective.
Humans do have rather blatant primate behavior, but you're not looking at the right ones. You're looking at behavior used when an up and coming male is going to challenge an alpha male to take his place, not at the alpha male himself.
Alpha males are rarely loud and violent as many "alpha" humans are. Confidence leads to a rather passive demeanor, because you know your station, and so does everyone else.
I believe a quote from Game of Thrones put it best.
"Any man who must say, 'I am the king' is no true king."
Keep this in mind the next time you go around claiming to be an "alpha". The constant need to assure one's self is the true behavior of a "beta", if there is such a thing.
