Replacing their summoner profile icon, to let them know that if they will continue, they will get punished

Offering an icon for bad behaviour doesn't seem like the best idea.

I've never received punishment in League and for Darius' passive as an icon I would totally become the most toxic person ever
with too many reports? even reports that just came in from butthurt players? because i would have that icon 100% but i had never any banns :D
