Riot, I know you guys do moderate behaviour. But please be more transparent about it.

I'm from the OCE server. We never had tribunal. People genuinely believe that they cannot be banned.

Please make a 'wall of shame' for banned and suspended players.

Name, Punishment, Punishment Duration, Reason for Punishment. A nice long list publicly accessible to players.

Toxic players shouldn't just be silently picked off by Riot - they should be openly prosecuted as a warning to other players.

Yea. And let's all send them to an inhospitable colony on a far away continent.

The Instant Feedback System works within 5 minutes of the report that triggers a review, so while there may be a higher percentage of first time punishments, the rate of repeat offenders probably isn't much different. The Tribunal voting system was notoriously slow.

Riot is not about that kind of behavior (shaming its players), but they can go about it differently, such as simply releasing punishment and reform rates in a monthly report card.

No, because that's harassment. which, in fact, riot themselves do not approve of hence their no naming and shaming rule.

Toxic players [...] should be openly prosecuted

This is exactly what they don't want, people that want to change will get flamed all day long and be toxic again, also you would be creating people that would insult toxic players, these people will be as toxic as the people they're insulting.

No, Riot wont do such a thing since it could discourage toxic people from spending money.
