Leaverbuster Pls

So. I afk'd once for the last 3 minutes of a game that my team won even though my internet crashed for the end. Im now on low priority queue. For 1 3 minute dc at the end of a game that was just ending. ??? isn't leaverbuster for multiple offenses?
