Riot needs to be harsher with the banhammer

There are just way too many players in the game right now getting away with all kinds of ridiculous shit that they just shouldn't be getting away with. In my opinion, anyone who detracts from the experience of another player in any significant way whatsoever should be banned. This includes constant complaining, flaming, inting, and essentially any behavior that wants to make the rest of their team punch them in the face. If a player is typing into chat simply for the purpose of being annoying or making another player feel bad, and not for any constructive reasons, they need to be punished. First time offenders should be given a warning, second time offenders should be banned. Force them to level up another account, its a pain in the ass so have fun. Every report that is sent in should be reviewed by video from the beginning of champ select to the point everyone leaves the lobby. If anything like what I mentioned above took place, the offenders should be given a warning or banned if it isn't their first offense. It's pretty simple if you ask me.
