Did i get chat restricted for saying bad words or was it that i told them in the end to report the inting top and adc, they went 1/11 top maokai and 2/8 adc zyra ranked

also entire game 2 peopel threatened to get me banned/reported nd they werent punished after i reported them

Dude. You were literally punished for insulting him and your response is to keep insulting him?

You broke the rules. The Summoner's Code is very clear that insulting, flaming, and berating others is not acceptable behavior.

well there is a rulebook. and i will say its not the most useful thing. it says for example "be respectful, dont harass or insult other players". which isnt THAT useful considering in 2019 ppl see it as harassement if you say stuff like "you should go xy" still it is what you are asking for.

and i dont think you need a rulebook to know that counter-flaming is a bad thingy

no there isnt a rule book... its a program that noone knows its exact mathematical parameters.....

If you 100% follow summoners code and ToS you will never get punished. But seems like you don't want a rule book, you want a cheat sheet with everything the system picks and doesn't pick up on.

P.S. i disagree with perma bans on chat offences, I think it should only escalate to permanent chat ban.
