Don't Get Me Wrong, I Am Not A Tyler1 Fanboy BUT Riot You Need To Stop Being BIASED.

THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.

Three of the largest streamers on Twitch bullying this player. Literally all three of these players DESERVE BANNED temporarily just as much as Tyler1 deserved his permanent ban. This behavior is FAR BEYOND "passive aggressive", this is a literal intentional act of not only defaming another player but also player harassment.

If you are going to ban one side you can't just turn a blind eye to the other side of the story causing and encouraging this negative behavior.

One of these players is an LCS coach, how can you allow this behavior from someone representing your own organization?

Don't get me wrong, I definitely do not like Tyler1 in the least however I can say for sure that I do not like seeing this kind of behavior either, especially when they get a 'free pass' from cyber bullying another player.

You don't get banned for a single game. You get banned for consistent abuse over a large number of games.

Here's the thing. Riot doesn't punish people based on what they say on stream, they only look at the in-game chat when it comes to what people say. If people are verbally abusing others on stream, and it's not in the in-game chat, that's something for Twitch to handle, not Riot.

Riot can ban for ANYTHING that they wish to ban for, they own all rights to the game including the rights for the player(s) who stream the game. Technically you are incorrect, they CAN ban you if you are using their property on a live stream. Any behavior associated with their property is punishable by them.

This video is proof enough of the behavior present, it doesn't matter what they sent in the game itself.

Also, one of these players is an LCS coach mind you, he is accountable for his behavior no matter what he is doing both in and outside of the League of Legends competitive scene.

Tyler1 was not banned for his stream behavior. He was constantly banned for his in-game behavior.

Riot has yet to ban someone for behavior in their stream.

Okay, and you are telling me there's no proof of players like this being toxic in game as well? I posted one single video in demonstration of cyber bullying... There's TONS of evidence showing how toxic a player C9 Meteos is in game, why isn't he banned? Riot demonstrates favoritism a lot. Even Phreak himself has not been the most sportsman like player in the past. Perhaps Riot doesn't have time or the resources to track everything, however when it's from a player(s) that are or have been affiliated with Riot Games it should not go unnoticed.

If they are going to punish the public, the actions of their own should be weighed 100 fold over.

The system that punishes people is automated. Reports trigger a chat scan which then decides if the person deserves a punishment.

It can not be bias.

Tyler1 was perma-banned over 10 times despite this.

Has C9 Meteos been perma-banned? Has Phreak?

The system does not normally ban over a single occurrence unless the chat is really really bad. It takes consistent poor behavior.

My guess is that you would be extremely upset and likely report them.

What happened to me?

What would I report these people for? What they say on stream? Riot can't ban for behavior outside their game.

All I see in chat was,

"jared said he lifts more than you" -Nid "flex" -Annie "ez game ez life" -Thresh

None of which came from Sivir.

So what would I be reporting for? Those three people for those single statements?

Really though, your argument is predicated on an external service, (twitch,) beyond that, we are seeing pretty typical statements to get someone to tilt.

So your argument is that they should be banned because what? Because they are DQ? If they queued separately ended in the same game and still did it is it okay then?Is it because they are streaming? That's not Riot's jurisdiction. And Yes, they /COULD/ ban them, but it is pretty obvious that their policy is not to ban for things that do not happen in their game.

I'm assuming you are referencing section V article E, in which case, unless Riot decides as such, (which they obviously haven't,) it quite literally is a non-issue.

Unless you are actually looking at Section V article C in which case I again posit this as ordinary behavioral strategy.
