For the whole "Meteos deserves a ban too" argument

Meteos doesn't do it nearly as much as Tyler1 does to get a ban. Secondly, if you guys knew how the system worked you don't automatically get a ban for being toxic in one game. It takes several reports from several games to get banned. Trust me I know from experience and haven't been banned in over a year almost two (chat restricted once though).

Do I condone Meteos's behavior? Of course not, but that doesn't mean he deserves a permanent ban for one toxic game. If Tyler1 was as toxic as Meteos he'd still be playing today.

EDIT: In fact I don't think Meteos has been permabanned on any accounts (correct me if I'm wrong).

Just because he hasn't doesn't really mean he shouldn't be

IWD wasn't much worse than Meteos in reality

anyway

Hi Summoners,

Today I’ve got some tough news to share with you. We take sportsmanship and player behavior very seriously, and we fundamentally believe that pro players should not be exempt from scrutiny over their behavior. In fact, we believe pros have an additional opportunity to act as positive role models for the entire community.

Is what they said at the time, i guess this opinion has changed since 2012 though

Meteos has reformed since his previous behavior of toxicity, I also think that, since I watch his stream daily pretty much, that for every game he is toxic there are like 10 more which he is not. He also is more constructive on how he deals with people he at least helps them along with what he thinks they should do, rather than make fun of them and call them offensive names.

2 times are already ground for forever ban

they are pro streamer, they must be a example.

First and foremost don't compair two bans. Any reason to ban someone should be focused on them. So maybe different rules apply to one ban than to another. Now for the record before we go in to this, my oppion is that Meteos indeed does not deserve a ban (with mixed feeling 65% not ban).

The problem I am seeing is Meteos went out of his way to offend Tyler1. Also his response on Twitter on this matter clearly made it show he was involved (cared) in this matter. Would it be a problem if that was you saying, probably not. But don't forget Meteos is a pro player, maybe not in the LCS seen but still subbing for C9. So he is a **proffesional ** gamer, this is his job. He should be a example to all non pro player.

Riot once said they carred about the proffesional scene and told us that pro player should be an example for any player, Meteos did not do that here. That's why I think Riot should consider doing something (no perse a ban).

No one deserves a permanent ban for chat logs. These can be muted and they do not effect the game. Bannable offenses should be limited to hacking and AFking.

I remember one stream, his top lane riven went 0-9 and he typed in chat

"hey riven, posted any guides on that champ yet?"
