the account is in bronze and i dare to say that this is obvious trolling. sadly this guy plays on euw. in na from what we know now it takes about 500+ reports in about 1 month and lots of luck for a human review.

in euw it takes... ... yea. its unknown what human reviews are in euw. or if they even exist.

why am i posting something that we all know, riot barely doing anything against trolls?

idk. the more ppl stand up and tell riot to start and do something against trolls, the higher the chances are they finally start doing it. just imagine EVERY SINGLE RIOT EMPLOYEE reviewing 2-3 games that got reported for trolling every day. game would be soooo much cleaner.

Nah its all fine. He just has bad games on Tham. He won't get punished, but don't you dare say mean things to him when he loses your promos. Inb4 thread removed.

Why don't you just submit a ticket if you feel so strongly about it? You can very easily make your case there, and you'll get a "human" response probably within a couple days.
