Better then Bans

I read the boards a lot, and every day there are people here complaining about being banned. Most of them seem to deserve it, but it also does not seem to accomplish much. Not to mention, a lot of them claim they will not spend another dollar with RIOT, and we know they do not like loosing revenue.

So, how do we fix these issues: Ban then to a Hell ELO

You don't lose your account, and you get to keep the hundreds of dollars worth of in game goodies you accumulated over the years, you just only get to play with other pieces of trash like yourself. Every body is happy, flamers get to flame, and people that want to work together and have fun don't have top deal with them any more.

If you get cast into ELO Hell, you can say and to whatever you want...no rules, just like they want. It may not even be a bad idea for people who struggle with toxic behavior to have a volunteer account in Hell to play on. That way when they are at their worst they can go take it out on someone who deserves it.
