Feeders in Ranked play

So. In my last ranked game, I had this Hecarim jungle, right? At level 2, he decided to try for ganking our top lane; Renekton v Tryndamere. The trade didn't work out, but Hec kept pursuing Tryn with Renek at a distance from them - which is fine, we all make mistakes. :D

Well, following this, Renekton helped Hec take the red - I assume it was either due to Hec putting himself behind or in hopes he'd get a gank top. The Renek player accidentally took red, and the Hec assumed it was in response to his death to Tryndamere. So he flipped. Started "screaming" in all caps. Raged, and then fed Tryndamere 6 times in a row. Then proceeded to head to bot/river and auto a Twitch with a 2-level lead until he died.

This didn't end until I offered simply opening, taking the LP loss, and moving along; at which point he did a lot of standing near trades and watching his team die off.

It's really not fair that we players that take ranked play seriously have to suffer an equal LP loss for players such as these. I know this has been addressed on several occasions, but if there isn't going to be a change, at least do something with the Hecarim player. Please.
