Premade of 3 ruined my game

So I had this game , and I had a premade in my team and . they never spoke to the 2 solo players(me included) in game but we found out they are premade because their club tag. feeds 1/12/8 with full ad build, flashing into enemy team whenever she has a chance and gets instantly deleted. The support and I asked and to report for feeding. They refused because they are a premade. (checked 's history, first time playing this champ, and it's a ranked game)

So I guess Trolling/Feeding intentionally is OK in ranked game for their premade teammates.

But what about the solo players who had their game ruined?

Its probably not intentional if its their first time playing that champ. Also its against the rules to ask other players to report someone and multiple reports for one game doesn't matter. So if you think their actions warrant a report, do it yourself and move on, nothing more needs to be said.

Based on what you've posted, the offense is not intentional feeding. The offense is playing a "1st time played" champ in ranked.

Could you provide more info? Like the Illaoi 's item build with time stamps?

Lets have you understand the reporting system a bit.

There is no point to ask for others to report another player as 9 reports in a game is the same as 1 report in a game.

Everytime there is a report, it just flags the system to check the account for vulgar speech, hate speech, toxicity etc etc. Only if the system finds negative behavior, that report will be counted as valid. You'll need a bunch of valid reports against a person to prove that their behaivor is consistant and will then be punished.

Phishing for report can be counted as harassment against you

Most people respond negatively when they hear they are getting reported. It puts them in a negative mood and they make even worse decisions.

Being bad is not a punishable offense.

Trolling / intentional feeding is having the purpose to ruin other's game. When you suck (maybe playing against better players and getting stomped). Yes, you can report them, but that would be counted as a false report. Plus when you are doing bad and people call you a feeder / and are reporting you, you'll probably perform even worse.
