I am a toxic player
The things I say and do:
- gg ez
- use of foreign language to insult
- question marks (?)
- mastery flashing
- disrespecting champion corpses
- etc. etc.
How do I resist these urges to do bad?

I've never been constantly toxic so I wouldn't know for sure but try putting a sticky note that just says "be a good boy" on the bottom part of your monitor.
Just don’t flame people.
I don't find flashing mastery to be overly toxic (probably because I'm guilty of this too, lol)
But I've never really been in your position. Here are a few things you might consider trying though:
/mute all, If you are having a REALLY hard time chatting nicely with others, don't give yourself the opportunity at all. Just mute everyone and stay away from the chat box, everything you need to communicate can be done so with pings.
replace "ggez" with just a simple "gg" or "ggwp"
if you play with friends, and are really frustrated with a non-premade teammate, just rant about it in voice chat instead of the text chat if you must. Telling your buddy "AH MAN, our midlane SUCKS, they're so bad!" in voice chat might help you vent your frustration, instead of telling a teammate that in game where it could result in a chat restriction or ban.
Otherwise I don't really see anything wrong. Mastery flashes, emote spams, and 'disrespecting corpses' are sort of more banter in my eyes than actual toxicity.
Hope this helps a little.
remove your enter key. as long as you dont chat, chances of you getting caught are so small you dont have to worry.

Thats not toxic. Thats just competitive Banter** (with the exception of foreign insults)**. Just like any competition or sport, its OKAY and part of the game to get into your opponents head. Dont let these nerds tell you otherwise.
Here's a tip: if it's not helpful or constructive then don't do it. Easier said than done I know but still though.
