Is this 14 Day suspension Fair? @Riot

Here are the chat logs from two games where I was reported.

In Game 1, you can see that most of my "toxicity" is me complaining about my teammates feeding.

I don't see why me talking about my teammates feeding would be considered toxic at all. The Blitzcrank and Zilean in that game, however, were being WAY more verbally toxic than me. With a plethora of "you are so annoying" "SHUT UP" and "Ashe Reported". When at the most I was pinging them MIA when they decided to not peel for me. Instead, Blitzcrank Pulled the enemy Volibear on top of me constantly which allowed Voli to kill me and my team would afterwards, Kill Volibear.

Several times the Zilean and Blitzcrank proceeded to say I was being toxic in the team-chat. As you can see here, I was hardly toxic.

Quick note for game 2: this game happened roughly 3 weeks ago so I am confused as to how it has been used as proof of my toxicity

In game 2 I'll admit, I didn't co-operate with the team very well, but the fact that this game was counted as a toxic chat just baffles me.

I died early to Tahm. That's the "wtf tahm is stupid" part of the chat.

My Midlaner and Jungler kept telling me to Take Tahm's tower. I being naive decided to listen to them, only to die to 3 ganks from an enemy Zac.

Zac and Tahm kept diving me and before I knew it I was somewhere around 1/6, Flamed by my Xin, and Tilted beyond belief.

Even then, I mostly said facts about what happened(other than my personal bias against Tahm top) to refute Xin's toxic spewing chat.

I admit, I should have muted him. That was a mistake I'll never make again after my 14 day suspension is up, it's /mute all for every game.

I'm really wondering if this punishment is fair, considering that it's been OVER 3 weeks since my Chat restriction ran out.

If anyone knows the time it takes for punishments to wear off for the weird "repeat offender" system that riot has going on. In which people who are punished will get punished for LESSER things while someone who HASN'T been punished will just get brushed over from similar comments.

EX: if I was unpunished and these two games happened, I would most likely not get punished HOWEVER because I was punished before, I have gotten a larger punishment(which makes sense in terms of ramping up the punishment).

Considering how infrequent I am even as toxic as these two games, does it make sense that I'd get THIS BAD of a ramping punishment?
