Why I hate people and "meta" mentality.

wanted to try Galio ADC, my "support" was gonna go Soraka. With Soraka's silence/bind, and heals ontop of galio's CC it seems like it might be a pretty interesting and fun combo bottom, especially since apparently in this "meta" alot of oddball things will work bot. I'm marked as adc role. With Galios kinda crazy early burst too if done right, could definetly become a snowball situation. So I wanted to give it a go.

Soraka then goes AD without saying a word and proceeds to start trying to steal all my cs. Now there's a problem... I could of went support galio and let them go ad soraka if they really wanted, and got the appropriate item for it, but I know they only went AD soraka to literally troll me and be toxic. Because when I asked why they're taking my farm they respond with "Who goes adc galio? :)" that's all they'd say.

WHen I asked the enemy team to report Soraka for trolling, they respond with "But AD Soraka is OP" in which case the soraka then replies again with "Who goes AD Galio? :)" and 3 people on the enemy team then decide to play white knight and report me.. for literally nothing. Meanwhile I'm getting trolled by my "support".

I can't even.. Where in peoples minds does this make sense? Off meta picking for fun outside of ranked I've never had a problem with, nor does Riot as far as I'm aware, yet people instantly decide that not only are they going to troll, flame, or create a toxic environment for me, but everyone else then decides that it is OK and in their right to do the same?

What kind of backwards logic is that? SO its ok to be toxic and trash another players experience because he didn't choose a meta pick...

I hate people. I hate this community.

Try communicating in pregame chat to avoid confusion. It helps.

there is no god its 2018 People do nothing but troll in ranked the bot lane meta is broken adcs is useless and no one can do provisionals cus people do nothing but troll in ranked oof.

Sorry to hear that dude.

Don't ask for reports in future though - only one report is necessary, asking for more is redundant and likely to invite flame. Also keep in mind the idea of a support champion that doesn't take cs is in itself simply a meta concept, not a compulsory one (not excusing your Soraka because she was doing it simply to troll).
