Can we not have increased dodge timers in ranked

I understand dodges are annoying. Especially if you have leaver buster since you can't reset the queue timer and you get your role and the game you do get, you get autofilled. The point of dodging is to lose less lol and not wait as long. Like if you get a queue troll, you get doso nunu, blue Shen, or 9/11 corki in your game or if in high elo your on an int list like with gross Gore being on pornstar zillean's disco nunu list and awddravens 9/11 corki list,you have a way out. Because it happened again, now I lose 10 lp and have to wait 30 minutes.
