Ranked Que - is like getting a root canal - or worse.

I have been playing League since nearly BETA - back when 13 champs were the thing.. i played ranked in seasons 1 and 2 - I am by far not a Challenger player, mainly because i find in ranked the community was a bit too competitive at the time, for my taste.. I mainly stick to ARAMs , and now TFT were its a bit more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. with Rare exceptions.

However - with clash coming out, a friend decided to ask me to join them .. and in order to join, you HAVE to be ranked..
so , i decided to do my ranked matches, I did not care if i won or lost, just a way to hang with friends and enjoy the game.. 8 matches to go

The first game was great, great people great teamwork and when someone messed up it was a joke and a laugh and we came back from what seemed to be a huge loss to eek out a victory .. over one crazy Panth was was carrying.. that guy made me wanna learn how to play panth and i could not wait to que up again -- 7 games to go

The second game.. kinda started a downhill trend - because after my first game I was "tentatively" ranked Bronze I - apparently everyone was starting to take the game serious.. not just this is a win scenario , but life and death - rage and anger.. there was some mild call outs for "bogus" plays and "that hit box, is insane" and "what a op champ" but, we sucked it up and just enjoyed the game play.. and thanks to some really good plays by our adc and our Top laner.. we won - (i supported so i guess i helped) -- and up to Silver IV I go - . 6 games left

The third game -- was for lack of a better word -- was shit - -the enemy team started at min 1 - with this high and mighty trash-talk- and it continued throughout the game - our top , ended up dying - a lot, as did our mid -- and while our own team was thankfully supportive and understanding the enemy team decided since we were not raging at each other it was there god given right to insult, condemn and bully , my entire team - even the few kills we got they were saying it was a pity gift, or accident, or a KS from someone else, ect. It was horrid to watch - listen to , and be in - and while I did not wanna just /ff because its a team game and we were trying - some of the insults were sickening

This continued through out the ENTIRE game and after.. the only one on there team that was not a total douche bag was there top laner, who at the end was kind enough to say "gg , good try" --

**This is the problem with ranked que **- or league, or the community.. people who suck the fun out of the game and not only make it not fun in the game, but make you so disgusted you log out right there. .apparently i need 5 more games of this just in order to play clash with my friends? -- Negative Ghost Rider -

Now, I admit, in ranked que's trash talk and a bit of smack talk is understandable, even encouraged from what i understand, but literately berating people simply because your "better" on your mid then they are on support - after you have 6 kills on mid and decide to come down bottom - does **NOT **give you the right to make someone feel like they are somehow less qualified to play a game then you are. This seems to be something that needs to be addressed, and actively stopped. The Report system is ok, and i get that its hard to police a entire community when your doing updates and such to the game - but there has to be a way.

Minus there top laner - (as stated above) that entire team needs to understand that TSM is not watching them , Liquid does not know there names, and overall, League of Legends is a GAME- this whole "i kicked the crap outta a 10 year old, where is my trophy" mentality will end up being the death of this game. Because eventually, even the higher tier players will be like "why do i have to listen to this?"

Just one players opinion - Ill miss clash, but after 5 more games of this - i think id rather take up knitting then deal with or call these people part of any community I am part of .
