Looks like this will improve match-making a lot and solve toxicity issues however we still need an option for refusing to communicate when someone asks something and someone doesn't respond, or when someone Lies at champion select when your team is trying to setup an actual team comp especially with critical roles being filled by certain players and players auto lock stuff that just totally isn't acceptable with no communication should be a punish offense under "Summoners Code" which Riot doesn't seem to want to enforce for god knows how long now.

Let alone when a player agrees to a plan and tells X player they are playing X Champion then lies throwing off the entire comp needs to be a punish worthy offense as well.

So while the new update is great in general we need new report options and manual review for the non detectable toxicity.

Judging by your match history, you aren't any different from the "feeders" or toxic players. Also playing off meta isn't against the rules, and therefore isn't bannable. If someone is just trying to have fun in the game and maybe go duo mid or something like that, that is completely fine. You are thinking of this game too much, you should just play it and try to have fun. People don't have to fill in your "critical roles" or adjust to what you want, it's their choice what they want to play. As long as they aren't toxic or intentionally feed, which you yourself did, they can do anything they want. This isn't challenger or competitive esports, some people are just playing the game for fun. Anyways back to my example, I happened to click on your match history and saw your 2/19 jungle heimerdinger . You went into the enemy jungle in the beginning of the game and fed the enemy kills, I may be incorrect, but if this is true, you have no right to tell others to not troll and feed. People have the right to choose if they want to use the chat or not. It is just a way of communication that Riot has added, and there is no need to use it if you don't want to. In other words, most of the information that you think should be banned isn't bannable according to the ToS or Rules, and you are being hypocritical about your post. I hope you reply to this message, because I am interested to see your response.
