in that case. then it needs its own category. because otherwise they will get hit with low priority queue at worst

They can get hit with more. Leaver buster works only if they were auto-detected by the system. Not for reported AFK I believe.

afk is synonymous with that for league anyway so it really doesn't.

griefing / assisting enemy / intentional feeding (forogt what that category is called, but if you read the descriptions, there is one for griefing) & unsportsmanlike behavior. minimum 14-day ban.

You can also report for AFK and that would trigger the leaver buster as well.

Leaving game/AFK still. Riot can tell what a person does in game and what parts of the rift they have been on, when, and how often. I would also add grieving. Just write a description of what happened in the notes.
