Just played with a Rioter who used the ? ping in unintended ways

He even pinged ? when I was doing wraiths to heal up to full, then when I teleport to the enemy's bare ass nexus and backdoor it somehow for some strange reason the ? pings stopped.

I'll be honest. I'm fine if my friends do it, but if I don't know you, then it's pretty toxic to deal with. Especially when I get a large amount of them in a short time.

So is Riot going to change the name of the ping from "Enemies missing" to "passive-aggressive way of telling you I didn't like that play"?

let's make a big deal about it because it is a rioter..

If you are okay with friends doing it, but not strangers, it doesn't look that toxic to me

I really hate how I see '?' being used more to harass other players during a fight than to actually indicate enemy missing.

Really? Its okay if friends do it, but not strangers? Toxicity breeds toxicity. I'm not saying its alright to ping spam people, quite the countrary, but i think you might be overreacting. Just say please stop, and if they dont report them for negative attitude. I'm not sure if it counts anymore with the changes to the report system, but some time back i read you COULD actually report people for ping spamming.

Report the Rioter if you feel they were harassing you, in addition I do think that having double standards is pointless in this game. My friends can do it..... justifying a toxic behavior is not good

I just hate that people don´t understand that loud incessant ping is very distracting and makes it hard to think and make right calls, yet they do it WHILE YOU ARE IN COMBAT. Seriously, who does that?

Now, in my case it's because I am playing Singed in silver, and my team doesn't understand that I knowingly keep pushing a sidelane while my opponents are starting to converge on my location to waste their time and have my team do something (other than nothing, and pingspamming me)

My use of ? Ping in an unintended way:

sees enemy alone in jungle Pings ? Team tells me there IS someone there I kill the enemy because Mordekaiser es numero uno I ask them what they are talking about, reassuring that noone is there

I don't always see bitches, but when I do, I don't
