promo guard: any player in promos, or at zero LP would be automatically be protected from being matched on the same team with anyone who has been reported within the last 3 games "unless in a premade with them" regardless of if the report was valid or resulted in a punishment

I honestly don't care if players are toxic, I just don't want to be matched with feederz on my team. It's okay if they are on the enemy team though.

I would rather have a good player that is toxic rather than a bad player that is nice.

wouldnt work. said troll would just hop on one of their 10 other accounts and continue trolling/feeding intentionally
