promo guard: any player in promos, or at zero LP would be automatically be protected from being matched on the same team with anyone who has been reported within the last 3 games "unless in a premade with them" regardless of if the report was valid or resulted in a punishment

I would rather have a good player that is toxic rather than a bad player that is nice.

Well then you don't report the toxic ones and you report feeders and his idea would help you not get those feeders.
