Are the report Warnings taken off currently for the new Tribunal?

I've had people report me a bunch or say they will. Haven't once received a warning in a long time.

Anyone know if they took it off? I know the warnings didn't serve as anything anyways but i'm suspicious.

lies, i just got banned by trolls purposely ruining the game, as usual, nothing new, getting pretty boring tbh, why play a game thats competitive, simply to throw it on purpose? literally no reason to do it other than being a dick, calling a dick a dick, means ur toxic however in league, -gasps loudly- love fake people who punish truth tellers, a beautiful system really. (sarcasm)
