FIFA would fire them and they are renowned for their corruption. So why does Riot allow toxicity from LCS players and accepts it as a normal thing. Hold your players to a better standard please, they are getting paid for this.

We're talking about the sport where professional athletes throw themselves on the ground and scream while holding their ankle in order to get their opponents penalized, right?

As an American, at first glance I was thinking about American football, where athletes misbehave all the time. Dog fighting rings, assaults, weapon charges, drug charges, etc. Meteos getting drunk and throwing a few casual games isn't even close to that (Not that you mentioned him by name, but he's the most recent "scandal" that I'm aware of).

Actually riot is over board on banning people for toxicity, way more than any sports league. They could actually cut the bans back a bit and focus on punishing trolls that would bring the level of toxicity down.
