We have to stop trolls ourselves

Hey guys so I have come to realize that the only way to stop trolls is if we do it ourselves.

Let's think for a moment, what does a troll want? They want the team that they are on to lose the game so they lose lp and have a bad time. The solution to this is to have the OTHER team surrender. Basically if I am on a team and the team I am playing against has a someone that is 100 percent trolling and then I should just surrender allowing the other team to win and the troll not getting what he wants discouraging him from trolling. Now I know duo's can abuse this but honestly since riot doesn't want to do anything about trolls I think this is the best course of action. Let me know what you guys think
