Taking advantage of the fact that report weight no longer exists. would i get in trouble for reporting all 9 players for negative/attitude vebal abuse every single game

No, you can't get in trouble for it, at least as we understand the system as it exists. However, given how long it took them to tell us that report weight was gone, I wouldn't jump to any conclusions.
My problem with this is that it seems like a huge waste of time for no benefit. Having already muted everyone, you're not experiencing any toxicity. All you have done is opt out of chat.
With regard to cleaning up the community, it's unlikely you'll have any meaningful impact. If someone is truly toxic, someone else will almost certainly report them, making your report irrelevant.
