Connection Problems = No Hextech Rewards?

Hello, i've been having some connection lately and they caused me to disconnect from three games over the last weekend. I play an average of 20~-25~ games over the weekend when I have some free time. I haven't entered low priority queue because of this, and I haven't had any leaverbuster notifications either. I was wondering if these three connection drops would prevent me from being eligible for hextech rewards like chests and keys? Is there a way I can tell if i'm restricted for AFKing (Can you even be restricted for AFKing)? Thank you.
