unless your name is literally bjergson, you're not good enough to spam pings when someone makes mistakes.

and if you DO spam pings, you're actually not trying to win anymore. by spamming pings, you accept the risk of further tilting your own teammates, and you don't actually want to fully try anymore.

just don't fucking do it. you aren't bjergson, you aren't a special snowflake.

(exceptions may apply if you're queuing with friends)

do you really think that helps anything though?

if they're good, they'll already know their mistake and you highlighting it some more does no good but just make them feel worse during the game if they're not good, they'll only see the pings, get angry at your passive aggressive nature, and tilt some more.

at best, you're making someone feel worse for a mistake by browbeating it over them.

at worst, you're becoming the catalyst for someone to tilt into oblivion

even if they were feeding/trolling, do you think spamming pings helps? what on earth is the positive side to it when you spam ping someone who is having a shit time and is probably going to just troll/feed even harder?

trolls feed off of shit like that, so they'll just double down and be even shittier to be on a team with

because if they're trolling. you have nothing to lose at that point. you might get lucky and get them to play seriously. granted the odds are low. but they are significantly higher then watching them troll.

and it's less under the assumption theyre trolling. more under the assumption theyre a fresh 30 and don't know any better. inwhich case spamming pings MIGHT help

Then using your pings appropriately, such as the danger ping when they're about to do something to end up in a dangerous situation, and you should be fine.

Abusing/spamming will NOT help especially if they're frustrated. People tend to get frustrated when they're learning things and not quite getting it. Be gentle, please.

multiple pings do help. whenever my laner roams. i always ping mia until my ping cap goes off. just to make sure everyone sees it. half the time if i ping once. they don't see it and then get ganked

Something like "Just because you think this (insert crap here) is the way everyone else thinks and plays doesn't mean I have to"? It's part of life learning that your way of thinking and doing things isn't the only way and most of the time not even the best way of doing things. To each his/her own.

Well ya know, the problem with that is... sometimes I like to be an asshole pinger lmao sounds gross. In ARAM I'll pop a few "Enemies missing" pings when anyone misses a skillshot and get a kick out of it and usually the others do too or just give a raging statement about why they missed like I imagine you do from this threads excessive pettiness. If you only have fun when people don't ping your ears off that's your own problem to deal with while I have fun. [slayer-jinx-catface]

if you do not intend to put in 100% effort into winning then spam away

just know that most people will not know you when you play with them at first. if you spam ping people who don't know you, chances are they'll probably take it as an insult. not everyone thinks the ping spam gimmick that got big awhile back is nearly as fun as you think it is.

sounds like something else for someone besides myself to complain about. if winning is going to make your credit score go up so you can meet your goals in life, good luck to you. i enjoy winning as much as the next but i'd rather not take it beyond having fun.
