Is there anything I can actually do? He just said he'll go on and do it again. I reported him but unless riot bans his IP he'll just keep trolling we were winning and he int'ed a dozen times before buying a sightstone and selling items. Then right at the end he rebuy items to avoid punishment.

Sometimes I tell people that I do that just because they started some shit and I wanna piss em off. He could've been lying. It's a way of saying mind your business. I gave first blood and everyone wants to jump on me for being a troll or whatever... Alright I'll show you a troll in chat (but never in gameplay, I just don't enjoy trolling for some reason) and tell you what you wanna hear... yes I am a troll, I fed on purpose and I've had 7 permas. Now you report, Riot sees that you jumped on me for no reason and that I played well for a silver, that I'm NOT trolling... but you get to be extra pissed off believing that I am a troll because you had to flame me for a tiny mistake.
I guess my point is, you can't just go by what people tell you in chat. Honesty is quite rare online. EDIT: also my point is stop being so concerned with other people. Mind your business, play your game, work on your skills, stop worrying about what others are doing/not doing.
He int fed in the last game of my series which we were far ahead in. It's absolutely my business just as much as it would be my business if he punched me in the face.
