Hey @Riot! Can we get a response?

You may not be interested, but this post has hundreds of upvotes. This guy at least deserves specific: times, places, or context of when he broke ToS. It's unfair that you stonewall him with copy/paste responses.

I personally hope he is guilty, but if he is, there are hundreds of ways to give him the context of his crime without actually divulging personal information.
