Why not make a difference between locked and ban?

if locked you get penality on chat if banned you get out of your account

You can blame those who came before you for ruining that.

It use to be Riot would let chat restrictions infinitely stack, effectively providing the "locked" state you're asking for. However, those players kept using their limited chat inappropriately, and in some cases became the very trolls they despised.

After that we moved to the current system, which roughly translates to "don't be a jerk and you keep your account". It's pretty easy to not be a jerk.

Those two types of punishments already exist. There are Chat Restrictions and bans for verbal misbehavior.

Trolling is typically considered worse than flaming in all but the worst cases of flaming (racial slurs and encouragements to self-harm). A lot of flaming begins with a 10-game chat ban, whereas trolling or feeding, when discovered, usually begins with a 14-day ban (the last step before a permanent ban).

The fact that both can ultimately end up in the same place (a permanent ban) doesn't mean that one isn't considered worse (and more harshly punished) than the other.

There are different forms of trolling too. If im Trundle and my teammate is recalling and i purposely stop his recall, im trolling him but its milder than calling someone retarded.

Well thats just u. Both trolls and flamers ruin games, flamers are easier to catch and should be punished accordingly

Trolling and inting is not part of the game, it's retardation. Verbal abuse no matter how bad or mean it is is nowhere near the level of trolling/inting because there's an EXTREMELY simple way to solve the former. It should at most be solved with chat restricting

U said feeding, not trolling. And "inting" is term used too loosely these days. Verbal abuse is equal, if not worse to trolling.

There are exactly three volunteer roles: Arbiter (focuses mostly on Player Behavior and Board Moderation), Archivist (focuses mostly on Creative & Story boards and content), and Warden (General moderator for other boards). :)

Huh? That doesn't make any sense.

The OP literally said "if you are a pussy you shouldn't be on the internet" which totally signals their belief that whatever people experience on the internet is justified and acceptable. Put another way, the OP is saying that people should learn to take a punch because getting punched is a thing that's going to happen.

I'm going to refer you to Pen Gillette's commentary on how a fear of hell isn't necessary to prevent him from raping and murdering - because he's already doing all the raping and murdering he wants, which is to say ZERO.

Could easily be read as a personal attack by the OP. I found the irony amusing, and decided to point out that many "personal attacks" will be misperceptions - you can read someone's text in any tone of voice you want. And in that case, the op is right that people have to smarten up.
