new punishment system idea.

perhaps riot should start "fining" players who get punished. get rid of the chat restrictions/14 day ban

instead

• 1st tier. 5$ fine.

• 2nd tier. 20$ fine

• 3rd tier. 50$ fine

tier 4 is still a permaban

HOW IT WORKS. the player who gets "fined" is indefinitely banned until the fine is paid "similar to a chargeback ban"

the escalation system would still work the same, however the fines get players used to the idea of losing real money to their negativity, plus imo. a chat restriction isnt a punishment. its all the retroactive bullshit that comes with it. otherwise people literally wouldnt care about being chat banned. but if you had to pay 5 bucks in order to get your account back. people would think twice about becoming toxic
