Can I report someone for trolling if they keep running into enemy fountain for suicide?

Yes.

Report them under intentional feeding.

Edit: Just looked at the match in question... He died one time in the enemy base. Not sure what you are trying to do here.

but he isn't really killed by the enemy, just executed by fountain.

All of his deaths are accounted for in the match history.

Even executions would be on there.

Edit: The enemy team had the same number of kill as your team had deaths. Your story sounds off.

Even if he is not "feeding the enemy team" it still falls under assisting enemy team which is the same report option.

You can but it won't actually do anything as long as he isn't using chat. You'd have to send in a support ticket.
