Tahm Kench in URF

Could we perma ban Tahm Kench in URF? Every time he's in a game, regardless of player, the player that got stuck with Tahm Kench decides to constantly troll his team and feed his team into the enemy team. I know the mode is supposed to be fun, but 4v6 games are never fun. I've seen so many threads already about how toxic URF can be, this is just another side of it
