no its not at all. I served my ten games for calling out some trolls, but I still dont have access to hextech loot and theres NO indication of when (if ever) Ill get it back.

Some people say a day, others say weeks and one person told me months.

thats some great clarity you got going there riot....

its ok though, at least im not being constantly chat restricted due to false reports like I was before this system went live

All 3 of those are wrong because it isn't measured in time. It is games played without valid reports.

I do agree it should have some kind of indicator of your progress but I really don't see that changing anything. If your goal isn't to never be toxic then your are doing it wrong anyway.

its based on games played. for a 10 game chat restriction it's roughly 30-40 games of not being punished again, depending on whether the system thinks your "positive" or just neutral. and it doubles for each tier of punishement. i tested this on a smurf

they also dont tell you on purpose. riot doesnt wants people to be "nice" not "not toxic for x games"
