i know riot doesnt care about what happens in the client, but cmon. AT LEAST implent that ppl muted ingame STAY MUTED. i muted them for a reason. i dont wanna read their bullshit in after game lobby while i fill in reports and talk with some nice ppl.

This is why some people can receive a reform card that showed basically nothing out of the ordinary (or straight up blank if they typed nothing during the match), because often they were banned due to toxic chats in post game lobby; just that Riot still has yet to be able to copy paste post-game chat into the reform card for some reason.
FOR JUSTICE1 votesIFS does In fact review pre AND post game lobby chat, just infractions found there (for whatever reason) don't show up on the reform card.
