Dear OP, there is nothing constructive in your post. You haven't played URF on this account that you're posting from. You're also Silver 5 and on your way back down to Bronze so by your own logic you shouldn't be playing URF anyway(?)

just for the record I got placed in bronze 1 and climbed out in 6 games
Except LoL isn't about getting kills 
it's for fun, who cares if everyone feeds or whatever. if bronze players didn't play on urf or normals, then silver would be the lowest and they shouldn't play, and then gold, then plat, and then it ends with no one really playing besides the top 10 people. just because someone is playing worse doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to play in a fun game more.
