When are we going to be able to send a report card when dodging champion selection?

Even though the new Dynamic Queue has giving one of two selected roles (not including fill option), there are still people who intentionally troll if they don't get their primary role, and/or have extremely negative attitude. It would be really beneficial if there would be a report card pop-up at every dodge so that you could report the one responsible for the time penalty sustained. Of course, that would mean that Riot implements inclusion of champion selection chat into reportable options.

Seems too useful to be implemented by rito. Better just implement required lock-ins for picks and bans instead. Remember how all these dodges were supposed to decrease after a week or so?

Honestly there should be no penalty for dodging. It's easy to tell when your team comp will lose many times, why should you get stuck with people who pick champions that won't do well.
