Perma banned for no clear reason
was not sent an email... I dont recall being toxic, been trying to clean up my act. Also it sohuld have gone to 14 day suspension, correct?

Usually perma bans for toxic behavior doesnt happen till multiple suspensions. It might be that you broke other rules/ToS like hacking, Botting. Try and contact support.
