how to decrease toxic flame by a lot 100%

i think i dont have a single game where i dont read "report xy x9 pls" enemys or my team, i read the "report xy pls" EVERY SINGLE FUCKING GAME

just add the following line into the IFS

"if player wrote 'report xy pls' = send message after game '1 report does as much as 9 and asking to report will eventually get you banned and now stfu you toxic twat and focus on your on gameplay'"

would literally improve the community by a ton. i feel like 99% of the community still think if someone gets 9 reports he gets insta banned. the 1% that know better are actually here on the boards.

because every game someone asks for reports i tell them that 1 report = 9 and asking to report is considered a rulebreak. NOONE ever listens. i swear on my entire existance literally noone ever listened to me. instead it made them flame even more.

pls riot just add this simple line of code, i dont get it. i bet over 90% of the community never ever read the rules. its your job to educate them. because we all know that asking to report will eventually get you banned. but if all you do is ask for reports, IT WILL TAKE YEARS BEFORE YOU GET A PUNISHEMENT so either make it more harsh, or educate those fucking idiots that never read the rules but behave like they wrote them.

this single line of code would improve the overall behavior SOOOO MUCH i swear it.
