riot. please stop saying taking hextech rewards from negative players is "you're not being punished, you're just not being rewarded" this is patronizing, and contradicted by the fact that in order to get them you do NOT have to be "positive" just neutral. and just makes it look like you're trying to sugarcoat in order desensitize "positive" players to reports, and make "toxic" players not care
The whole point of it is: "Look at all this cool stuff you're missing out on cause you broke the rules. If you stop breaking them you'll get them too." Just one more incentive to stop people from being toxic.
And being positive shortens the time you have to wait in order to get rewards again. So, neutral players are rewarded for the consistency of their neutral behaviour, positive players are rewarded for their positive behaviour.

I do understand, but that is the way Riot make money or gets more players (Customers) XD. Many things in League of Legends make most of the players Toxic. First of, they do one single mistake and here you go, it affect everything and you can't get what you want because of one, single mistake. Oh well, that one mistake is always BIG though otherwise, it would be easy to get everything in League of Legends.
This is an addict video game, they are always like that.
