Add a "declaired troll account" report, for trolls who say they will troll cuz its a spare account

I'm not sure if riot already often permabans multiple accounts for trolling on one account. They should add a report feature: "using multiple accounts to avoid meaningful punishment".

Recently, I have had a teammate literally tell someone on the enemy team to 'kill himself' within the first 5 minutes of a game. He proceeded to say the same to me and another teammate for 'feeding', even though we only died twice; along with other very toxic things that I wont repeat.
When I informed him that I was going to report him he said that he didn't care, because he would only get a chat restriction, and has 4 other accounts. He then proceeded to refuse to help us, and refused to surrender, so we were stuck losing and the game couldn't end for another 20 minutes. I can deal with toxic players/trolls occasionally because I can report them; but feeling powerless like this is bad.

If they added a report category of trolling accounts/multiple accounts, or something like that, then people could report that, if the trolls say its a spare account. Then riot could use data to determine if there are multiple accounts being used by one troll and permaban all those accounts. If riot is reliant on going through chatlogs, or seeing lots of trolling from ip adresses, to determine that they are using multiple accounts to troll, then it will take riot much longer to find these trolls.

This feature would get troll accounts banned faster, thereby protecting more people from trolls.

Does anyone agree?

Downvoting without leaving a comment is a sin......

Anyway, upvoted for the support of the idea! I do believe that it would probably not be quite as simple to implement as we would like to imagine but the amount of times I've run into 'lol, report me, I dun care' is staggeringly high so some version of this would be greatly appreciated.

Why would riot ban them? griefing and trolling actions are supported legitimate gameplay as long as they don't speak in chat or int feed they are not doing anything wrong according to riot.

Are you guys so clueless you don't even know about the rules of troll? Theres a entire facebook group dedicated to trolling in this game legitimately and the only two rules they have are don't speak in game and don't int feed, if you don't do that you will be able to report all of your team mates for using team communication to try and stop or correct you and riot will actually send you a thank you message for keeping the servers clean (LOL!)

Except that, declaring you're trolling IS reportable. They're stating they're not going to play the game, which is griefing/helping the enemy team.

And if they're telling you to kill yourself and just straight up being toxic, you should be reporting them anyways for verbal abuse/negative behavior. Telling someone to kill themselves is a 14 day ban, no chat restrictions are given for that. Riot does not tolerate that type of stuff.
