4 years of playing this game, and over 4500 ranked games, $1,000 later, and I just got perma banned

Okay, yeah I flamed, and what not, but I didn't call anyone bad names or racial slurs, I never intentionally fed in games, and I never actually AFKd in any of my games, I was passionate about my games, and whenever I saw my teammates make dumb mistakes, I would call them out on it, yet they called it "Verbal abuse". I've spent more than $1,000 on this account since I made it, I'm not saying that that's grounds for me to be unbanned, however, if I didn't love this game, I wouldn't of spent that much money on it. If other people found what I said "offensive" there is a mute button, is it my fault that they didn't take there own action to not take what they called verbal abuse from me? To be honest, some people randomly report you if you criticize them in ranked, like these chat logs for instance, I flamed Swain for building Tear early, which isn't optimal against Fizz, and he wouldn't listen to me. Granted they hear what I say before they mute me, but I didn't even say anything that bad, I've seen people get away with a lot worse. I have been chat restricted along this season twice, some for bad things, I admit, some for not bad things. Why should a perma ban be dealt to saying things? I can understand if I intentionally ran it down mid lane, or AFKd or trolled many times that perma banning would be a viable solution, but just give me a damn 100 game chat restriction or something. I love this damn game and I want to keep playing it, if there is any Rioter out there that can help me revert this, I would love to talk to them. I don't know if I should go through the support tickets because all there is there are automated responses. Please, someone help me.
