It is too often that you run into feeders, trolls, or people who are just straight horrid in all chat, further aggravated when these people are better at finding each other than a dog finding it's tail.
The system only punishes people who say toxic things, feeding and trolling are 100% okay as riot does nothing about it.
I mean its really hard to implicate a system that is competent. Because it would need to look into the game and see if said person is feeding, or trolling, or being horrid in chat. Granted the chat thing is already implemented and its easy to detect, hence why we already it in place. As for feeding and trolling those are really hard to find especially if the person doesnt outright claim they are, which most people wont do! Plus you cant just rely on peoples reports. People will report for just about any reason. Ive seen people report just for using a certain champion despite them playing well during the game and possibly even winning the game, but still ended up reporting the player just because they didnt like the champion they were using. Feeding is somewhat obvious, but again people report for any reason. Ive seen people report others for giving up First Blood. if we took those reports as legit then i would assume every single one of us would have been ban at one point, which is wrong! This is one reason why can leave comments/detail when we report people. Because it helps when we report and someone has to look into the report know what exactly we are reporting these people. it gives help in understanding what the community feels as people report. Im sure they throw out things like Oh this person gave up first blood he was feeding.
There would be less than there is now.
