- He does not understand the message because he is unfamiliar with English? Possible...
Let's examine the first: unfamiliar with the game.
- His name is Sir Teemo Mushroom
- He posts to pvp.net With just this information we can assert he is in fact familiar with the game. So the first option is highly unlikely.
The second: unfamiliar with English
- His name is Sir Teemo Mushroom (Sir ironically being an English title..and I mean straight out of England)
- He posts to pvp.net NA
- He plays with his settings set to English
The second standard: posting to pvp.net NA can be argued by saying English isn't his primary. We have no information to deny this, so we must accept it as possible and the second standard becomes null.
However, he received a notification in English when Riot provides dozens of alternatives.
Logically, he should have no reason to be asking this question. But if you correlate it with the behavior of a troll.. "Sir Teemo Mushroom" fits into the role like a peg in a hole. (as far as logical syllogism)
It's just a logical tool you can use to discover truth in statements. Everything that is said says more than what is intended. Our jobs as critical thinkers is to examine claims, and see how they hold against reason.

That Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of the 9/11 attacks in America in 2001 by the fact his middle name is the same as Saddam Hussein's last name. I know logical tools when I see them, you don't declare yourself as an Atheist without having the thought capacity to know such. All the same, logic is flawed and is imperfect and shouldn't be treated as perfect; being incapable of seeing flaws in your own arguments is just as bad as being incapable of seeing the flaws in your religious beliefs. All you're doing is taking your own logic as true and unchangeable, and when you use this logic against others then you place yourself as one to take consequence for such an action. That is why I call you a bigot. You see your logic as true, and you can't bother to realize that people simply like Teemo. I have an account called Dariustana, and I'm a Darius AND Tristana main in both accounts. Compared to something irrelevant as Teemo, my mains are disgusting! So yes, your logic is flawed and I feel bad you aren't able to see it in that way.

I will not let people get away with passive-aggressive trolling. Passive-aggressive behavior is the number one cause of toxicity on the internet.
I'm being assertive. I assert- this player is a troll and if you see him in game watch carefully for troll comments then report him. He's a report-baiter. The type of player too cowardly to confront issues of his own, so seeks to ruin people through words he can hide behind.
Think about the times you've played the game and someone started harassing the team. Think about what provoked them.
Psychology: Aggressive behavior is a conditioned response.
People do not become aggressive until provoked, with very few exceptions.
People do not start blowing up and becoming aggressive until they have been provoked by another person. This is why players get so hostile. People abusing pings, cross-chatting criticisms of teammates, etc.
The use of words like "salty, bro, HAHA, WOOOOW, etc.." are words of provocation. This is scientific FACT. One that Riot and it's community of Trundles likes to ignore for their benefit.
