Will altering the input .ini file get me banned?

I've read that you can completely disable the mouse wheel zoom and being that my mouse wheel zoom is incredibly wonky.. I would just like to disable it altogether if I won't be banned for doing so. Also not required, but is it possible for the zoom function to be bound to keyboard keys instead of the mouse wheel?

EDIT: Thanks everyone so much for your answers! Having just a tad bit of trouble though as I'm not super computer savvy(even though I use one very often oh the irony).. Anyways, will adding this accomplish what i aim to do? [MouseSettings] RollerButtonSpeed = 0

Custom keybindings are fine. Modifying the input.ini file is equivalent to just modifying key bindings.

I disabled mine in my mouse's application, but if you can't do that, you are free to change your config files. Unless you are doing something shady to gain an advantage there's not going to be a problem. There was even a guy that increased his aspect ratio to see more of the screen who got banned for it, and when he contested it they agreed and removed it (and it's a far cry from just changing your keybinding).

Should be all good. Modifying the input file can't give you any distinct advantage over being more comfortable/functional to you.

To be honest, I don't know why they don't open all the input settings in-game. It just seems silly.

Paste this at the bottom:

[MouseSettings] RollerButtonSpeed = 0
