Do toxic players get punished for flaming in the post-game screen????

Are there chatlogs of what happens in post games too? Do reports for what is said there do anything? I'm wondering cuz I've been seeing people who seem to have the idea that they can say whatever they want there because it apparently isn't recorded. I don't know if that's actually true though.

While the chat logs aren't posted in the reform cards, Riot can see the pre/post game chats and people have been punished for being toxic in those environments.

One of the biggest problems with the system is that it is not consistent and that's why we see so much abuse. If people were breaking the rules and were immediately warned/punished, there would be little abuse. Instead, sometimes you might get away with it and sometimes you might not. No one knows, so they keep doing it.

To quote riot: "It's all recorded and it all counts."

But copying and pasting post and pre game bullshit into the provided additional comments box helps.

It proves to the enemy team that the team-chat rager is indeed toxic.

And I don't report on request unless I see proof.

So it does that at least. Gets em reported more.

nobody gets punished this is league of trolls. the automatic review is worthless and the tribune needs to make a comeback

The automatic system won't punish you for that, but if Riot does a manual review and reads it you will get banned for it.

There is no proof that Tribunal system uses either pre- or post-game conversation. I know some fan boy is telling me to give proof of it, but Riot themselves are told first the chat is logged, but later admit that it is not used in punishment system unless RIot employee checks them.

It's just like any other report, if you aren't in a premade group of 3 or more, then you don't see automatic results from reports because they don't actually do anything.

Possible, but very unlikely. The automated system doesn't record pre/postgame chat, so the only way it would get someone banned would be through a manual review.
