Players that do this.

Ok so first of all, I know all of you are going to say something like "it happens by accident" and I agree, but I feel it's like a coinflip 50% of the time it's an accident and 50% of the time it's not.

What I'm talking about is banning someones hovered champion. I get salty every time it happens, but I do understand that sometimes it's unintentional. So if I want to play and have her hovered and someone bans her, I feel like there's a 50/50 chance of them saying "omg I'm so sorry" and that's understandable. I've done it before, and when I do it, I always dodge because I will cut my losses and get the punishment so it doesn't look like I'm trolling.

On the other hand, there will be those that will say either nothing, or will say something like "IDC", usually they won't say anything. Perhaps sometimes they don't speak english?(which is unlikely IMO. I mean this is NA, who wants to play against a bunch of salty assholes). But on those times when you do have the champ hovered and they ban them, is this reportable or not? I'd imagine that it is reportable and if not should be. It's very annoying to have someone that hates so much that even if I have him hovered they ban him anyway.

I understand the concerns some people have with the skill level of players and it is very annoying to have a 0/4 in y our game, but on the other hand me and people need to realize that this is league. If you expect to win every game, or most games, than you'll be disappointed. Winning summoners rift games is like a coinflip as well. 50/50 or 49/51 and that's ok.

So for those that say stuff like "idc if you had him hovered". Is this reportable?
